About me

ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT.
I lead the Enterprise Architecture team at a US healthcare diagnostics company, where I introduced .NET into a Python and React organization and built the first system on it.
Before that I re-architected a Danish hospital platform from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET Core, alone, in two months, and moved a fintech client's Visual FoxPro system to .NET Core for 5,000+ portal users.

.NET Framework 2.0 to 4.8, VB6 and Visual FoxPro applications, SQL Server databases, and the Angular or React front ends attached to them.
Do we have to rewrite everything?
Usually no. The assessment tells you what to migrate, what to wrap, and what to retire. A full rewrite is one option, and often the wrong one.
What does the assessment cost and how long does it take?
A fixed price, quoted on the 20-minute call once I know the size of the system. 10 working days from kickoff to the final report, with two review calls.
What happens after the assessment?
You own the plan. Run it with your team, hire me for sprints or a monthly retainer, or do nothing. There is no obligation.
How do you handle access to our code?
Read-only access to a repository or a mirror, under your NDA or mine. Nothing leaves your environment without written agreement.
Do you work with regulated data?
Yes. I have designed and run HIPAA technical controls and SOC 2 audit readiness for a US healthcare company.
